Project Title : Branding of a Menu Brochure and Website

Project Location : Remote

Project Status :
Expired for Bidding
Project Description

A startup company is hoping to provide a premium food delivery service offering dishes from all over the world.

Americas
Indian
Chinese
Thai
Vietnamese
Italian
Caribbean
Moroccan
Japanese
Turkish

And other subsections:
Salads
Chocolates / Snacks
Beverages
Alcohol

(This list is bound to change, but is drafted now to get a rough idea of what we are trying to achieve.)

As we provide a premium service, the design of the menu brochure needs to reflect this (ie, none of that glossy stuff that reflects your typical take away menu). We are looking for a creative individual that will essentially create a work of art for us, and push the boundaries to go way beyond the norm. We are very hard to please, and very demanding, as we envisage that our audience for this brochure/menu will be from affluent groups.

You will be branding something completely from scratch. The whole design is up for grabs. The logo and front cover (and how the front cover is constructed), and also even the format of the menu brochure needs to be something that no company has come up with (or expecting to come up with). It needs to be one of a kind. Get those creative juices flowing, and in your bid clearly outline what your idea for what you will design. You also need to have samples/portfolio of your work accessible by us. We also expect you to have knowledge of print design (knowing how to communicate with printers, different types of paper, print processes, etc) as well as web design. This project is also for the designing of the website (just the front end graphics, style, layout - as we already have a back end programmer)

I cannot stress enough how creative and out of the norm the design needs to be. We're looking an artist, a desgner, to come up with something with that x factor, and not just someone moving from one project to the next...

Hope there is someone out there for the challenge.

**Please when bidding**

"in your bid clearly outline what your idea for what you will design."

As much as we like reading text that has been copied and pasted to all your prospective clients to tell how wonderful your services are, etc we are looking for someone that will be dedicated to our project, and a good start would be to thoroughly read the description and follow the instructions.

We\'re not completely certain how many pages there will be for each section. That\'s why I said the design is completely up for grabs. I envisage there will be approximately 15-20 items a customer can order in each section though.. ie, Starters, mains, etc.

Yes, we do have a printer lined up, but I\'m not sure if they have the capabilities of producing what a designer would come up with. They might have contacts though(or perhaps the designer might have contacts themselves). But what we\'re looking for is design - we will help research for a printer that is able to produce the design.

Can you state how many pages will be needed for each section?

Do you have a printer lined up as this job sounds like it will be a challenge to print and finish if it is as unique as you want?

regards
mark
