Just to warn you there are people here who uses ready developed scripts and they name the code as their own work and when the system crushes they do not have any idea which method or function has failed.

We don’t do that! We don’t use other peoples engineered codes in our projects. We use 100% of our own algorithm.

We can develop you a forum where the visitors could register and do allsorts of functionality that you have required.

As I understand from you request you want a website that has similar factions as a Football Fantasy league where people registers and chooses a player and receives points. For your case the visitors would choose a horse and get in points after the race.

The database could be MYSQL or Microsoft Access totally depended on your hosting capability. If you haven’t purchased a hosting account then we offer Free Hosting package if you register your project with us.

The Design for this kind project would be depended on your satisfaction, before we start to build the codes, we will design a layout for the website and soon you are satisfied with the design then we start to develop the backend code.
