Due to our current work load we require assist to migrate our data on the new CRM and assist with a number of set ups like workflows etc etc. The succesful partner will be required to demostrate there understanding of CRM v4 and if they are selected it is expected the partner will be asked to assist with all the on going developments.

| Hi David, Further to my bid of a few days ago, I'd just like to follow that up with a question regarding the scope of the project that described in your requirement. You say that the successful partner will be required to carry our 'on-going developments' as regards the CRM system and your implementation. Can you briefly describe to me what you require doing within this initial phase of the project, and what you see as being covered in the bid(s) that you receive? Perhaps you have a document of customisations, workflows, etc. that you want to be done as part of this project? Do you see on-going developments as being pieces of work over-and-above the initial block of work? I would just like to get an idea of what is involved in the project, the time required to complete the work to your satisfaction, and what things you might be looking at doing afterwards? It's nice to get a feel for a project, in order to feel fully prepared once it begins, if you wouldn't mind furnishing me with a little more info in that respect. Many thanks. |
