I need some conversion tracking set up across my Google Ads account and Shopify website. Below is everything I need — please let me know if you have any questions or need access to anything. The business sells aircon units and provides AC repair, AC servicing, and fridge repair services. PRIMARY CONVERSIONS (highest priority — these need to be 100% accurate) 1. Phone calls from ads When someone clicks to call directly from a Google ad. Set up inside Google Ads under Goals → Conversions → Phone calls → Calls from ads. Minimum call duration should be set to 60 seconds. 2. Phone calls from website When someone clicks the phone number on the website. Google provides a forwarding number that temporarily replaces ours to track the call. Also set up inside Google Ads — Goals → Conversions → Phone calls → Calls to a phone number on your website. Again, 60-second minimum. 3. Contact form submitted I need a thank-you page created at /pages/thank-you that customers land on after submitting the contact form. A Google Ads conversion tag should fire when someone reaches that page. 4. Purchase completed When a customer completes a purchase on the Shopify store. This must pass the order value through to Google Ads so we can see revenue per conversion. --- SECONDARY CONVERSIONS (these should be set up but NOT included in bidding — observation only) 5. Begin checkout — fires when a customer starts the checkout process. 6. Add to cart — fires when a product is added to the basket. 7. Email link click — fires when someone clicks the email address link (mailto: link) on the site. 8. Service page views — fires when someone visits the AC repair, AC servicing, or fridge repair service pages. One conversion per service page.
