Proposal:
Hi Steve,
I\'m really intrigued by your project and it sounds like something that would be really fun to do.
From the project description, It\'s a little difficult to know exactly what you want. I\'m guessing that you have a basic idea for a user interface and want that implemented so that it can be used on the web or on the desktop.
I\'d really like to work on this project and I\'ll put up a notional bid of £125+VAT.
Hopefully with the bid in place you can give me some more information about how your proposed translator would work.
I hope that sounds interesting.
Paul

| Hi Paul I have ideas how to code it, and have already made a working interface in vis basic, but the database, pointers &c and SQL I am unsure about, and (1) before starting on the big work of dictionary and grammar list I want to be sure of a structure that will work b4 I waste time with data prep., and (2) I want the ap either to run locally on windows or on a webpage, and I know nothing about SQL. I am a games designer but have rusty programming skills, and I never was very fast. Yes, can send you a windows form interface, and pseudocode of how I think the translator engine will work. Steve |

| Steven do you need to have the software written for you or how exactly do you imagine someone would be able to help you? Is it possible to see how this software would work in more detail? Paul |
