All my traffic comes from PPC via Google and Yahoo and i feel it's now time to also appear on the natural listings.

3) have strong and proven experience in SEO and you will use your own initiative when carrying out the work rather than just doing exactly what i state.

5) offer me your own opinions and suggestions.
6) you should be able to start work straight away.
7) keep me updated on all tasks.
8) confirm your hourly or fixed rate to me.
9) be able to tell me what keywords you think should be worked on rather than just asking me.

I am expecting a low price bid, as my initial task is just to see if we can work well together, as any future tasks will be paid to you direct.
My main aim is to have see how well you do with a certain keyword.

This is how I work,
I begin by doing research:
An in-depth analysis of your website.
An analysis of you competition.
An analysis of the visibility of your website.
A keyword research to get the most searched expressions in your business, and understand which words will bring you targeted traffic.
We will then discuss your business targets, perspectives and ideas.
At this stage, I will be able to draft a detailed SEO plan.
Such plan will involve website optimization, which is the first step of SEO. I will certainly research the best targets for submitting your website to search engines, directories and portals, requesting links, and posting in forums and blogs.
I will also recommend to distribute press releases, which is one of the cheapest way to attract search engines and people interest, and to drive quality links to your website.
We offer a two months assistance for 500 GBP.
We consider that two months is the time needed to achieve a result. Our price includes a six months support. This means that we will be available for advice, and that any information we find that could be interesting for the promotion of your website will be released to you.
I cannot offer a shorter time than two months as it wouldn't be enough to achieve even an initial result.
As our work will carry some external costs, such as press release or some paying directories, please consider that there will be some external fees: ca 220 GBP
I use to share my knowledge, to make a report each time it is helpful and to be frequently in touch with my clients.
Let's add that we have a quality and confidentiality policy.
Now, point 2 of your list “be available to work within strict and short timescales” doesn't seem to be relevant for SEO, as search engines do not obey to “short timescales”. Anyway, I am available from 8am to 10 pm and use to react very quicly.
As you will get a detailed SEO plan, you will know exactly what will be done to improve your search engine ranking.
