| Please can you confirm the functionality of the website? You want user profiles, you want users to be able to upload music and users to pay but what are they paying for? To download the music uploaded by others or the ability to upload music in the 1st place? If you can give a clearer picture of how the site will work then we can give a more accurate bid.
