I require 2 websites building please. I already have the domain names and alloctated webspace.
The first site will be quite simple 1 or 2 pages for my new business as a management consultant - rather like an on line business card.
The second web site will be for my property company - the usual estate agents type of thing containing details and photos of about 20 properties.
Once created, I would like to be able to upload (using ftp software?) and update both sites myself.

Hi Geoff,
How shall I start? I am not only a web designer but a Graphic Designer of some years which I do believe makes a difference when it comes to creative design.
I have been a Graphic Designer for just over 10 years and have been designing on the web for approximately 7 of those.
My experience covers all type from large Blue-chip financial organisations and Travel companies to small sole traders plus the odd funky and trendy sites along the way; I have even won an ADA award 2 Coolhomepages awards in the last year so creative I can do. This does not mean that the look outweighs the functionality as all sites I build take into account the full needs and marketing of the site and its customers.
Producing graphics in any format is no problem at all and all work I produce is done to the latest XHTML and CSS standards including W3C validation when required and is always built taking optimisation into account, SEO being a bit of a speciality. Also through a number of high profile site links that I will add a new site will be indexed by Google in approx. 2 weeks and an existing site will see ranking benefits.
Flash is also not an issue with approximately 5 years experience using flash and fireworks for animation purposes.
I would be very interested in hearing more about this project.

The quote is on a complete site basis. This is a one off charge for completion of the site which does include all amendments until live date.

I have just checked with my ISP and apparently I currently have a single 10mb webspace allocation, which I propose to use for the new website for my consultancy business. I would therefore appreciate advice and or recommendations from bidders on whom I should choose to host the second estate agency site. I’m assuming it will be relatively straightforward to transfer my existing domain name across and would appreciate, as part of the package, the winning bidder overseeing / assisting with the necessary set up requirements to ensure both websites are functioning correctly.
