i really like the design and style of http://www.mobile-phones.co.uk/ as it look like a wordpressy type of site. but what really is good is the filtering options when you have a mobile phone, when you explore the site you will see that you can amend the mins, contract lenght, tariffs etc and narrow your results to find one that suits you the user.
using to feeds i would like a similar site which the user can search using options to narrow their results. the site must be clean with strict and clean use of colour. the data feed will be provided by http://www.mobiles4everyone.com/reports/datafeeds.asp only no other one will be used this will keep everything simple.
content wise the site must be easy to update and new pages added easily. for every phone their will be a page with content on the phone which i will provide and must be able to edit and update myself then below the phone will be a table based displays as the user narrow options the results will be automatically amened thus the tariffs closly matching will be displayed.

Sounds like a really interesting project, and I'd love to get involved.
I have many years of commercial experience developing web based applications and I'm sure you will be very pleased with my work should you accept my bid.
I would suggest the first stage of the project will involve us workign together to produce a proper set of specifications for the site, including some wireframes and use cases, so that you know exactly what is going to be produced.
After you are happy with that, I can develop the site on my staging server, which you will have access to throughout development in order to test the functionality and check on progress. You will also have access to my online bug tracking application, so any issues you report are tracked and managed.
Once the development is complete, I can transfer the working site to your production server. (I can arrange high quality, good value hosting if required)
