I am looking for a website developed. I would like customers to be able to register an account with the website, where they get a username and password to log in and out of the account. While they are logged into their account they can purchase credits, then they use their credits to bid on items. The winning bidder of the auctions is the person who enters the lowest unique bid. So say 5 people bid 1p, 10 people bid 2p, 2people bid 3p, 1 person bids 4p and 10 people bid 5p, then 4p is the lowest unique bid. I will have 10 auctions running per day. I will go into the bids and see who is the lowest uniqe bid myself so i dont need to spend money on that to be automatic. There are a few other things you may wat to know, like i have a layout that i want but we can talk about that further. I hope you get an idea of what i would like. I would like to pay as little as possible, and would be willing to pay more for a mothly payment service.
