I would be happy to come into your premises to meet you and talk through your objectives and budget.

The key thing to make this work is to have contacts in large companies based within the city centre. Having worked for Royal & SunAlliance and Unisys I could get you access to their staff tomorrow. The big plus for your business is the large number of females (mums, daughters, etc) that those 2 companies alone employ - your ideal target market. I also know the HR reps at the companies and can make introductions for you. Royal used to invite companies into the canteen to sell their goods on a regular basis so this may be another option. We can then work on targeting other like minded city centre companies with a similar employee bases.

I'm not sure a letter is the way forward as I would use email, posters or money off vouchers initially to attract attention. Letters are too formal for what I think you are trying to do and could bring added expense.

I know a local design and print agency who I can work with to pull everything together for you. Again happy to manage this on your behalf and keep you informed of progress - making sure you are happy with drafts as we go through.

Timescales - after our initial meeting I think we could have a draft proposal in place within a couple of days and a proof within the week.
