Project Description
We require appointment booking for our unique service based in the North East involving Credit Card Claims
The leads we supply are hot from local radio campaigns and clients are expecting a call.
The leads are submitted applications which are subsequently underwritten as valid claims
It is a 'happy' call as you will be letting the client know that they have an underwritten decision to 'proceed' to cancel the debt on their credit cards.
An overview of the claim and the costs involved need to be explained prior to appointment booking.
We pay on a commission basis only of £8 per appointment booked and a further 5% of gross sales income acheived from a successful appointment (average sale is £620)
We will supply between 30-40 leads per day with a backlog of around 200 leads to begin with. Our in-house conversion is 20-30% to appointment and 70-80% of appointments to sales.
We anticipate a minimum of 5 hours per day to deal with the lead volume. Ability to perform clear reporting, tracking and feedback from data we provide is fundamental.
