Qualified with BSC(hons) in Food Marketing from Sheffield City Polytechnic in 1989, I have a proven and successful track record within the Food Industry, selling and creating commercial strategies/ plans for a multitude of food manufacturers Selling experience includes, all large supermarket chains but also Boots, and Health Food wholesalers. Previous PAYE history includes : Boots The Chemist, Canadian Pizza Crust, Northern Dairies, Lactalis UK, Sage Organic Ltd and Langmead Farms Ltd.
Still a director at Sage Organic, have experience of working for a start-up company working to tight budgets and getting involved with every aspect of company business.
Working to a strong work ethic and high moral business code, you will find me dililgent, tenacious and passionate about food, health issues and environmental conservation. I believe strongly in the Organic Food movement and I have worked closely with the Soil Association throughtout my last 2 positions and still am a member of the Soil Association's Processing Standards Committee.
