Our Data Capture process
You send us the source docs. You scan the documents & upload to our data server @ 5 PM. This data upload can be at the agreed intervals of daily, weekly fortnightly or monthly as the case may be depending up on your requirements.

We will download data file from server. In case the documents are stored on your PC we will connect to your computer via the Internet securely. We will update the books and log out.
When you check the books on the day after uploading the source documents you will find the books updated!
In addition to the accounting function we also offer administrative services like voice transcription, legal transcription, and proof reading of documents also with turn around time of forty eight hours.

24 years post qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant. I have worked in manufacturing,services and logistics industries
