Project Details Deal Exchange is a CRM project where an organisation can create and modify the deals with different confidentiality, search deals with various parameters, export deals to excel and change user roles.
SmartNet is a big application with around 150 pages where in there are details about organisations having different opportunities and actions which are all interconnected. It also has a resourcing and marketing section. Admin is the section which is only displayed to the Administrator.
Both the applications are developed in ASP.NET

Project Details & Key Responsibilities • Mainly I have been working on Automation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Reports on Project Server. The main tool in the QMS was Defect Management Tool, which was required by the company for their CMM-5 assessment. It included adding online defects, reviewing it, fixing the defects and generating various reports out of it, which was used by whole organization.
• Cognos Tool - The second major project was generation of reports from Project Server. Resource Report, Effort Variance Report and Schedule Variance Report were generated online including the line chart for the same. For this project a total study of Microsoft Project Server database was made.
• Some other processes like SEPG, PCM/TCM and Project Register were automated.
• Tools used were VB, ASP, SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Project 2002, Microsoft Project Server, DHTML, Scripting and Cognos Tool (Introductory Knowledge)
• Unit Testing was done at a very high level on the tools with the help of test scripts, defects where recorded, solved and retested.
• Being the part of Quality Team of the organization, I have also assisted the Quality Team in various Quality Related processes and during their CMM Level 5 Assessment.
