I am a freelance consultant specialising in corporate communications. My experience covers all aspects of external and internal communications, from developing a corporate/visual identity to media relations, newsletters and magazines, brochures, presentations, sponsorship, and event organisation.
I am happy to advise on any communications issue, large or small, and can draw upon a network of designers, photographers, web developers, and other professionals to help implement your strategy.
Experience:
I trained and worked as a journalist in London.
For four years I worked for leading PR consultancy Countrywide Communicaionts (now Countrywide Porter Novelli) on clients including ICL Local Government, ICI, the Association of Plastics Manufacturers in Europe, Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Virgin Atlantic, Walkers Shortbread.
I then joined Oxford University Press as Group Public Affairs Manager where I developed and implemented a complete corporate communications programme, including leading the project to create a new corporate identity (launched in 1998 and still going strong).
I became a freelance consultant in 2001, continuing to work for OUP as well as for a number of other clients including the Said Business School, Oxford Executive Education, Green Templeotn College.
