2 days ago16 proposalsRemoteAutomatic invoices Woocommerce orders -> Quickfile via MAKE
Hi, I am seeking a developer who can provide detailed instructions how to setup the plugin MAKE to transfer order information in Woocommerce at the time of purchase to automatically generate an itemized new invoice within Quickfile The generated invoice needs to have the correct item descriptions, quantities, prices and totals to match the original order. Tax calculation presents a challenge as orders may contain items under differing VAT rates, requiring tax to stratify accordingly on the generated invoice. A sample order file is provided for reference during development. The work is remotely. The task is to map our data extracted from WooCommerce as an array type within the QuickFile module. First, you need to make sure that the data format from the WooCommerce module matches the required fields in the QuickFile module. I got the following instructions from MAKE, but struggle to implement them: Setup1 You need to add an Iterator (which you can learn more about here), and an Array aggregator (which you can learn more about here) between your source and target module. The Iterator will take the required items from your WooCommerce invoice and make them into separate bundles. Then, the Array aggregator module will create an array according to the expected data structure of QuickFile by filling out the required fields. For the Item ID in this case we used a default Item ID that covers all items. The last step is to map the array from the Array aggregator into the Item Line field within the QuickFile module. Setup2 Configure your scenario this way, in case you're not using a default Item ID. Following the configuration steps of the QuickFile API Documentation the "Make an API call" module will help you search for and get relevant Item ID. The setup should look like the screenshot below. This step will allow you to map an Item ID variable into the Array aggregator module's Item ID field so that it will always match the ID that's appearing in the invoice. Due to the sensitive nature of our business, we cannot provide access to ourdatabase (patient information).

You can do this in Python or whatever suits we just need the right output Develop an automation system that processes emails with attachments in a dedicated Gmail inbox by downloading, renaming, and uploading the files to Google Drive based on specific naming conventions derived from the email subject. Detailed Output Specifications for Email Automation Project Objective: Develop an automation system that processes emails with attachments in a dedicated Gmail inbox by downloading, renaming, and uploading the files to Google Drive based on specific naming conventions derived from the email subject. Email Processing: Email Monitoring: Continuously monitor the Gmail inbox for new emails that have been forwarded with attachments. Attachment Handling: Automatically identify and download all attachments from each incoming email. Renaming Convention: Extraction of Details: Extract the first name mentioned in the email subject, a specific reference number, and the breed of animal (if mentioned). The reference number will be indicated within the subject line in a standard format, e.g., "ref number: 12345678". The breed will also be mentioned explicitly, e.g., "Breed: Labrador". Renaming Files: Rename each attachment using the extracted first name, reference number, and breed. For example, if the subject says, "Hi Mark and James RE Arif ref number: 12345678, Breed: Labrador", the files should be renamed to "Mark_Labrador_12345678_1", "Mark_Labrador_12345678_2", etc. If there are multiple images, continue the sequence numbering for each file to ensure unique names within the same folder. Google Drive Integration: Folder Creation: Check if a folder named using the "FirstName_Breed_ReferenceNumber" format already exists in Google Drive. If not, create this folder (e.g., "Mark_Labrador_12345678"). File Upload: Upload the renamed files into their respective folder. Ensure the files are stored in an organized and easily accessible manner. Handling Multiple Attachments: The system must efficiently manage different numbers of attachments—from one to up to 20 images per email. Maintain high performance and system stability, even under high loads or large batches of incoming emails. Error Handling and Notifications: Implement a robust error handling system that logs errors and, where appropriate, retries operations or notifies an administrator. Success and error logs should be easily accessible for monitoring and troubleshooting purposes. Security and Data Privacy: Adhere to best practices for data privacy and security, especially given the sensitive nature of handling personal names, reference numbers, and potentially sensitive information about animal breeds. Include details about encryption of data in transit and at rest, as applicable.
