Updating and adding contacts to our press list and trade database which will involve data entry, online research and emailing and some cold calling. You will need to be a native English speaker and have excellent communication skills, a personable and professional email and phone manner, a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy and organisation, a willingness to learn and be able to quickly grasp new activities with a can-do approach, work independently, be flexible and able to turn things around quickly and work to a deadline. Experience of working in PR and comms and knowledge of the media would be very useful but not essential as training will be given. You will need to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media especially instagram, mail chimp, jotform, word press websites and canva. You will be working for a small, busy, friendly PR agency specialising in the wine industry. I am looking for ongoing support so please only get in touch if you are available and looking for ongoing freelance work. I'm happy for you to work remotely but being able to occasionally come to the office in London and to help run events would be ideal.
