I seek a skilled 3D modelling professional well-versed in architectural design software to meticulously recreate the heritage structure of an old parish church. Using precise measurement data and historical references, the virtual replica must faithfully represent the external and internal architectural aesthetics as well as structural nuances of the sacred building down to the finest details. The 3D model is required to be built in ArchiCAD, the industry-leading BIM design platform, to allow for detailed schematic plans, realistic renderings and comprehensive technical documentation. The virtual construction shall begin with geometric construction of the building mass and shell based on surveyed dimensions followed by meticulous modelling of intricate design elements like arched entrances, stained glass windows, ornamental motifs, wooden furnishings etc. Special attention needs to be given to structurally simulate load-bearing walls, buttresses, trusses, vaults and other engineered components. High-resolution texture maps replicating actual surface materials shall be applied. On completion, the model must be fully annotated, layered and packaged and handed over along with documentation for future reference, academic research or reconstruction purposes if required. Hi. I'm an architect in Los Angeles looking to hire someone to create an ArchiCAD model of existing topography and exterior materials for a current residential project. The model should accurately include the main features of what the survey shows -- general slope/contours, driveway, landscaped areas, terraces, patios, hardscape, etc. I would copy/paste the complete model into my own ArchiCAD project file, where I've already modeled the existing house and rear structure shown on the survey. I am an architect and interior designer and I am working on many projects at the moment and need someone to help with the CAD drafting portion. Architectural Rendering of Interior Apartments

This is my first time outsourcing renderings. In need of photorealistic renderings of interior apartment spaces currently under construction. These renderings will be used for marketing and realtors. See attached photos for status of what is needed in renderings. I have also attached a basic kitchen rendering which I produced from ArchiCad that will need to be made better. I do have an ArchiCad20 3-D model for those that wish to use it. However, I will be simply attaching photos I want rendered. The 3 spaces are detailed below. I have uploaded several photos. I need 1 rendering of each space for a total of 3 renderings. The various images are for you to choose from as you are the expert. I have images of the flooring, wall color, fireplace, trim type and color and light fixtures. I do not have any furniture staging images, I would be looking for suggestions on this. Once selected I will send all the pertinent images of materials.
