Each day as part of its automated daily routine, I would like it to send a usage snapshot to our web server so we can calculate the site's support costs. I would like well-annotated code so I can understand what it is doing. Server is running IIS10 and the .net framework v4.0.x. The server-side database is a 32 bit MS Access accdb file. This will essentially be a one-page website with only this function. If the page is accessed in any way other than through a request, I'd like it to throw a 405 error.
