Project Overview: We require a professional electrical design for a commercial shop fit-out in Walton-on-Thames, UK. The design must comply with BS7671:2018+A2:2022. A full CAD drawing will be provided with all zones, circuits, and equipment clearly plotted and identified. Your job will be to carry out the technical design and calculations based on this information. Scope of Work: • Load calculations based on provided appliance and equipment schedule (e.g. 3-phase coffee machines, fridges, tills, lighting). • Cable sizing (including voltage drop, grouping, and installation conditions). • Circuit design and protective device specification (MCB/RCD/RCBO). • Distribution board schedule. • Earthing and bonding per BS7671. • Annotated layout showing cable routes and circuit numbers (you can build off the provided CAD). General Overview: We are looking for a skilled CAD technician to draw up existing plans based on provided survey information. The plans are to be created in CAD/DWG format, requiring a strong understanding of AutoCAD. The successful applicant must be able to accurately interpret hand-drawn survey notes, photographs, and other provided documentation to produce detailed and precise architectural drawings. 3D / CAD needed for sculptural leather bag

I'm creating a sculptural leather bag and am looking for a 3D / CAD designer who can help visualise it and supply the dimensions needed to create the component pieces in real life. The bag is comprised of 4 separate pieces; the primary challenge is that the main body of the bag is created by a single strip of fabric folded and twisted around on itself to create a 3D figure-of-eight / infinty loop, with the gaps in the shape being filled by 3 other pieces. It's a bit difficult to do this kind of 3D sculptural trialling using physical materials, so I'm looking for someone who can create the ideal shape in software then provide the measurements for each of the component pieces as they would be laid out flat.

UK LTD with HMRC and bounce back loan debt

Want someone to look into the accounts, give some advice. My concern is the director being liable for the debt. Without going into details, we have an LTD payment plan with HMRC for not paying LTD taxes for a few years. We also have a bounce-back loan in place. All is being slowly paid now. one employee and director. PAYE is up-to-date, and both people's payments are up-to-date. The Director HAS taken salary AND dividends. HOWEVER, our clients are just shutting down their business. So, no income soon. If I instruct insolvency, will the director, I, be liable for the outstanding bills? Part of the issue was that we invested in another business, which turned out to be defrauded of large sums of money. We have reported this now only to the police, but as these people are in another country, it is unlikely we will get our money back. Accountant not aware of this yet.
