We are a UK limited company and not happy with our current accountants. Need someone who can help set up Freeagent, go through various screens and answer questions we have (approx 1-2 hours worth of on-screen support here). By the end of the exercise we should be able to do Payroll, VAT and book-keeping seamlessly through Freeagent. Then we want to be able to see accurate forecasts and info about company finances. We should also be able to generate reports and accounts which can then be passed to accountant in order to do yearly paperwork required for legal purposes. UK LTD with HMRC and bounce back loan debt

Want someone to look into the accounts, give some advice. My concern is the director being liable for the debt. Without going into details, we have an LTD payment plan with HMRC for not paying LTD taxes for a few years. We also have a bounce-back loan in place. All is being slowly paid now. one employee and director. PAYE is up-to-date, and both people's payments are up-to-date. The Director HAS taken salary AND dividends.
