Structural Engineer to design Columns and Beams for Apartment

I am working on an apartment drawing and I need to add the columns , beams and structural elements to the drawing. I have designed the ground floor, the typical floor layout, The Terrace plan and a cross section of the elevation. The proposed building is to be walled with hollow concrete blocks - so all load bearing is via the columns. The proposed building is a mixture of residential and commercial spaces. The apartments are residential spaces, there is an area designated for commercia trade at the ground level as indicated and there is an intention to use the roof terrace for commercial purposes. The windows have not been added but please just calculate the loads assuming no windows exist. Doors have been added indicatively but again once the columns are in place I can move them to suit or change them as necessary.

The transcription task is as follows, for 116 pages. I have historical depositor records to transcribe, so the goal is to copy all the records in the pdf into an excel. In addition, there is a column to add yourself, which is your best guess of the gender of the depositor, male or female, given the name, eg. A depositor named Elizabeth would be labelled female. The rest of the columns are taken directly from the files and copied. Also, if there are any names/columns that you can't read well, I would suggest taking a screenshot of the record and asking chatgpt to transcribe it to get a best estimate, it works very well. I need a solution to collect paperwork in a structured format

I run a small bookkeeping practice & regularly have to ask clients for missing invoices/ purchase receipts. I normally send my clients paperwork lists by downloading a .csv file from Xero or Quickbooks. I want something where I can upload a list in .csv format. There will be 3 columns, date, description & amount (in £s). I will need to be able to create login details for my clients (so client's have their own login details). Client will be able to login (only seeing their list, not any other clients' lists). I need clients to be able to attach invoices (which might be in a .pdf format or various image file types). They will need to be able to select a drop down (on each transaction line), with options such as 'haven't got this invoice", 'I''ve just requested it", etc. I then need to be able to login & download all uploaded invoices (for each individual client) in a really efficient way- so I can click 'download all' & won't have to download them all individually. Maybe something like Airtable could be used for this? (or something similar). I need something which is as much non-coding as possible (due to my budget). Also, the ongoing monthly costs (taking into account that I'll need to add multiple users- clients) is important.
