I run a small bookkeeping practice & regularly have to ask clients for missing invoices/ purchase receipts. I normally send my clients paperwork lists by downloading a .csv file from Xero or Quickbooks. I want something where I can upload a list in .csv format. There will be 3 columns, date, description & amount (in £s). I will need to be able to create login details for my clients (so client's have their own login details). Client will be able to login (only seeing their list, not any other clients' lists). I need clients to be able to attach invoices (which might be in a .pdf format or various image file types). They will need to be able to select a drop down (on each transaction line), with options such as 'haven't got this invoice", 'I''ve just requested it", etc. I then need to be able to login & download all uploaded invoices (for each individual client) in a really efficient way- so I can click 'download all' & won't have to download them all individually. Maybe something like Airtable could be used for this? (or something similar). I need something which is as much non-coding as possible (due to my budget). Also, the ongoing monthly costs (taking into account that I'll need to add multiple users- clients) is important.

Hi! My name's Dan Jeffries and I have a lot going on in my life. I'm a published author, rare disease advocate, podcast creator, online learning developer AND a music producer too! I'm looking to work with someone in the UK who can help me manage my social media output plus support in a couple of other areas. Let me give you some background... At 4 years old I was diagnosed with an ultra rare vascular condition called Wyburn Mason syndrome that would leave me blind in one eye by the age of 10. It affects around 1 in 50 million people. So it’s mega rare. However, this didn’t stop me making the most of life. Excelled at school in theatre and drama (and I avoided contact sports. Bonus!). University was lots of fun and I started to grown as a DJ and music producer. Successful career as a music tutor until I turned 30… …when I was diagnosed with a rare pituitary tumour. Quite by chance, in 2007, medical students at the eye hospital (tasked to diagnose my other rare condition) also commented on various ‘unusual’ features: large hands, protruding jaw, rigged forehead. All of them observed that I may have a condition called ‘Acromegaly’: the benign growth of a tumour causing excessive release of growth hormones and a reduction of testosterone production. Obviously this was quite a thing to hear! I ran out of hospital, Googled ‘acromegaly’ and knew that was what I had. 6 months later I was in hospital undergoing complex surgery. A few years later, I was out having dinner, telling my rather crazy story. The table went quiet. One girl said “you should write a book!”. And the seed was sown. In 2015 I published my memoir, Me Myself & Eye. It’s done really well (I think) for a book about a rare condition. It’s also opened some amazing doors for me too, including interviews, public speaking (paid!), radio and TV appearances, international conference invites and even trustee for one of the leading rare disease charities. It’s been a really fun ride. And whilst doing all this, I’ve actively been pushing my music career. Since I was 12 I’ve been writing dance music, and I love it. I’ve had numerous releases on my own labels (and other) and lots of remix work too. This year I am paying to work with a manager who’s been getting me more exposure and opportunities. With that comes a social presence. And I have very mixed feelings about this (but I know it's worth too). Oh and did I mention I'm also the Head of Digital Learning for a veterinary training company? So yeah, that takes up a fair whack of time too! I don’t have kids. *** Hopefully that gives you some sense of the scale of things. I need 3 of me, really. However, someone who can help with my cause will do until cloning becomes a thing.
