Interior Designer Required for HMO and Our Home

Im looking for an interior designer to re-sign our lounge and officr at our home, (we have a design guide for the house) Both environments need to be like a 5 star hotel, with a feeling of rest, calm and relaxation. You must be able to provide a product list for us to purchase against the design. I'll give a budget once I've selected a designer but it will be around c£1-£2k for each room. Lounge needs (maybe) a chair or two, coffee table and accessories, office may need a new desk, some decoration and accessories, so should be too much more than the budget. Must be UK based so you can provide a list of items to purchase from UK shops. Your portfolio must show similar work. I expect: 1. A detailed design showing the layout, furniture and accessories, in line with our style guide (uploaded) 2. A list of items and prices we would need to purchase - including any paint colours.
