Add postback URL to wordpress confirmation page.

Hi, we collect affiliate information using a gravity form plugin, at the end of the process the customer is redirected to a confirmation page. Once the customer is redirected to that page we need to fire off a postback URL for affiliate tracking purposes.

Please see below for the global postback to be placed at the point of conversion for each of the campaigns:

The CLICK_ID placeholders need to be replaced and dynamically populated with the value we pass in the omdclickid parameter which is collected within the gravity form plugin.
