Excel Data calculator for MLM business

General information for the business: I am a network marketing professional, and would like to chart month-by-month growth of my Multi-Level-Marketing organisation, under different growth conditions.

Description of excel work: I want an Excel Workbook created - with the following requirement. I am a network marketing professional, and would like to chart month-by-month growth of my Multi-Level-Marketing network, under different growth conditions.

Page 1 - Criteria:
[Entry of conditions/parameters]

Parameters:
- Start date
- Period (choice of W, M)
- X (number of periods before I stop recruiting)
- Y (number of people recruited per period by any individual in the organisation)

The principle is as follows.
Period 1 - I create my organisation (just myself in the organisation)
Period 2 - I recruit Y number of people (total headcount below me will be Y, at Level 1. I am Level 0)
Period 3 - EACH person in my organisation, including myself, recruits Y more people (total headcount changes accordingly)
Period 4 - same as above and so on
until:
Period X - I no longer recruit. X will be the number of periods that every member will remain actively recruiting (at a rate of Y new recruits per person)

For instance,
Period X+1 - People who joined in Period 2, no longer recruit
Period X+2 - People who joined in Period 3, no longer recruit
and so on

[In summary - every increment of the period, every existing person recruits Y further people, until that person has been active for a period of X]

The Organisation structure looks like this
Level 0 - Me
Level 1 - Persons I recruit
Level 2 - Persons recruited by people I have recruited
Level 3 - Persons recruited by Level 2 people
Level 4 - Persons recruited by Level 3 people
and so on

Below that should be actual dates (Start date, plus increment X)

Level numbers on the left, going down

The actual results (content of the data page) is HEADCOUNT AT EACH LEVEL
This page's size will depend on X - it must dynamically auto-size the data area depending on how large X is
It is acknowledged that the size can be very large depending on X, so I have imposed a maximum of 300 levels down as my requirement. Anything beyond that need not be calculated/displayed
At the bottom - there must be TOTAL figures

Here is an example of the information I need to see:
"If I recruited Y people every Month, and every new recruit was actively recruiting Y people themselves, for X months, following the above principle:
- What is the headcount of my Level 6 people in the 16th month?
- What is the total headcount of my organisation after 7 months?"

The main objective being to change the pace/numbers of recruits per a given period to see the headcount by specific Level and Period

Format, in .xlsx
Workbook must be unlocked/editable/formattable etc.
Happy to use VBA, but the Data page must simply be a dump of data, copy-able to other sheets
Ideally I would like to further develop the sheet to add other variables, such as "recruit 3 people per month for 3 months, then recruit one person per month for a further 5 months, then stop" and so forth
Design and target audience: This is for me only, to use data for various analysis and projections
