Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are a new start-up that is all about better connecting people working within financial services. We have held about 10 events since the start of the year and have approx. 4,600 contacts and 370 organisations on Pipedrive. We have some experience (6 yrs) using Pipedrive but are by no means experts – and this is where you come in!!
Please only apply if you:
a) are experienced in using Pipedrive
b) speak / write good English
We will provide very detailed instructions/more info on all of the below tasks... but just to give you an idea of things that we need help with.
Tasks
1.Tidy up the “clean list” i.e. we have set up filters to produce a list of all contacts and organisations whereby the “critical fields” (which we have chosen) have not been input correctly. When they have been input correctly, they automatically move off the clean list so we just need your help going through all of these contacts / organisations and making sure all critical fields are added. You will need to check each person on the clean list (by Googling / linkedin searching) as some of them won’t be relevant i.e. admin staff / PA’s. We will provide you with detailed info on the sorts of contacts we are wanting to capture.
2. Input “job titles” for all contacts where we have corresponding spreadsheets (we have about 3x sheets). Then for the remaining 4,000 contacts where we don’t have spreadsheets, you will need to search for individuals on LinkedIn/company websites to find job titles and then input them to Pipedrive. It might be easiest to export all contacts where the “job titles” fields are empty and then inputting them on a separate spreadsheet, and then re-inputting the data… up to you!
3. We run regular events (usually 2-3 per month) and at the moment it is very difficult to decide who to invite i.e. which of our contacts have attended recent events / which contacts have never been invited to any Sphere events. We’d like to be able to run searches (using Pipedrive filters) to pull up a list of people who have (for example) not attended an event within the last 2x months. Currently, we create Pipedrive “activities” to log events...however it doesn’t really work creating Pipedrive filters using these metrics… as the most detail you can apply on Pipedrive's filters is “XYZ person has more than 1 completed activities” i.e. doesn’t allow you to set specific time frames. And we don’t want to know if someone has attended one of our Sphere events since the beginning of time, but within more specific time frames. I’m actually unsure if this is possible, but hoping you might think of a work around!!!
Thanks so much :)
