Description of support work: HP Pavilion Beats audio laptop with windows 10. wifi not working,
I considered switching back to win 8.1.
However, I was recommended to remove the wifi driver and install a recommended alternative.
I uninstalled Ralink RT3290 802.11gbn driver. and could not get the new driver to install.
Tried to recover to an earlier version (win8.1) but has taken it to an earlier version of win 10.
Either revert back to wins 8.1 or win10 with compatible wi-fi driver.
I've had enough! need someone to sort this out please.
