"Virtual Office" design with Microsoft tools and/or Services

I need to get a solution for our small company for a "virtual office" based on Microsoft services/products.
For that i need to have report with combination of services/products capable to satisfy my needs.
These include:
1 licenses of all services/products for a team of 10 users [MUST]
2 Office 365 (word, excel, ppt, email, etc [MUST]
3 project management tools ( ex: trello) [MUST]
4 Reporting tools (data extraction and online reporting [MUST]
5 Virtual teams including schedule work, followup tasks, calls and meetigns with screen sharing, [MUST]
6 Document repository (ex: onedrive) [MUST]
7 Identify level of Integrability between all the different services above (ex: defining tasks for team members in pm tool, link documents in repository, see team members calendar, etc[MUST]
8 Company's web page for customers access to our services [SHOULD]
9 Intranet to publish company's information and operational related data [SHOULD]
10 Integration with other repositories such as SVN and/or GIT [MUST]
11 Integration with other trackers such as Jira [MUST]
12 Forms and workflows to design automations [SHOULD]

The requirements above follow a classification according to MoSCoW assignment:
M- Must, requirement must be present otherwise solution is rejected
S- Should, requirement must be present, but if not it will be procured outside MS solutions and tools
C- Could, requirement is relevant but not blocking for the solution
W- Would, requirement is a nice-to-have

The report must produce:
A) 3 solutions (combinations of products and services which address the requirements)
B) Level of compliance of each solution with each requirement. Must include how requirement is satisfied, or limitations if applicable
C) Cost per requirement and total (1 year)
D) Summary table
E) Summary with analysis and suggestions or limitations

Only freelances with proven knowledge in MS tools and services will be accepted for this tender
