Qualified UK registered Lawyer for signed confirmation letter

I need a qualified UK registered lawyer to provide a short letter statement to confirm that one of our company Directors is aware of and content to proceed as a Personal Guarantor for a business loan.

My company is about to receive a business loan. Three of our Company Directors have been asked to sign a standard joint Personal Guarantee. One of the Directors has less than 20% equity share in the company. Therefore, they are requested by the loan vendor to supply a short statement on a solicitors letter to confirm that they are content with the risk. The letter must be:

- On headed paper
- Contain UK registered solicitor’s company name, registration number and business address
- Addressed to Funding Circle, Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4
- Include below statement
- Signed in wet–ink

- The statement on the letter must read as below or similar:

As a registered solicitor in the United Kingdom, I can confirm that Mr "enter name" is aware of and understands the terms of the personal guarantee relating to the Loan for "enter company". As such, he is agreeable with the liability being undertaken and is content to proceed.

- I will supply name of Director and our company details upon agreement of proposal. We are a VAT registered profit making UK company.

- The letter can be scanned and sent to our company email. I may ask for physical version to be sent to our offices.
