I'm looking for a Fractional COO

We are a long established and successful Tax consultancy specialising in R&D tax relief.
The desire to continue to grow the business has never been stronger and we are very much a sales lead business, conversely, our operational skills and experience is more limited. Our thoughts are that by investing in our people, designing a better operational infrastructure as well as robust business processes, the current team could be more efficient, provide a better client experience and feel more rewarded in their roles, especially if they can see investment in their development. In the first instance, your ability to visit the office, meet the team, liaise with stakeholders would be essential, I envisage 2/3 days/week to get started and we can work things out from there.
