We want to have a special page with the same custom form that walks visitors through the options.
Forms will go to the backend of the website , where we can then send contact info and bios back. Need to track number of leads, response time, phone number, address, etc. The form is a series of questions followed by a page receive message, just like the site example given above. We want to use Wordpress. This page feeds leads into it. Looking for price quotes. Timeline is under 2 weeks.
