Design a Wordpress plugin for an energy saving calculator

I need a calculator plugin designed for use on Wordpress that can illustrate the amount of savings that can be made over a period of time by swapping old light bulbs for LED bulbs at home.

There are 4 figures which are to be included in the calculator (an Excel spreadsheet with formulae will be supplied)

1. No of Products - It will have just 7 different light bulb products.

2. Unit cost of each product.

3. Calculations will be based on an average of 3 hours per day plighting time.

4. Calculations will be based on an electricity cost of 14p per unit.

I need images of the lighting to be included in the calculator (not just figures) which I will supply.

A list of rooms will be provided and the customer will enter the number of each type of bulb required for each room.

The calculator will work out the cost of the new bulbs, the annual energy savings, the number of months it will take for return on investment (ROI) and the amount of money saved over 10 years.
