I need an eps file converted into a 3D .STL or.OBJ format for 3D printing

I have an eps vector outline of the design for a part of a piece of jewellery which will be produced via a 3D printer. I am looking for somebody to convert this eps into a 3D representation of the product and export it as an STL and OBJ format file which can be used with a 3D printer.

The product is very simple and requires very little design change, the main change needed is that the edges need to be shown as rounded as opposed to flat.

I have attached a visual of the eps and a mock up of the eventual 3D design to give you an idea of how much work is involved
