Design details: We require a re-draw of our old and out of date fire drawings (1/50) as required by the London Fire & Emergency Authority (LF&EM) to show fire doors (FD30/60) smoke detectors/sounder, call points, fire shutter, automatic doors, signage, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers etc.
The person should be familiar with the requirement of the LF&EA, ideally having done this type of project before.
The person should be close to London Paddington as we would require a partial re-measure and become familiar with the building. I would expect a 1 day inspection visit would suffice.
Our old drawings are available on a 1/50 scale and we would require 1/50 scale plus 1 x large scale to be discussed.

To give an accurate fixed price I would need to have an idea of teh size of the building and its character. A large rambling building on several stories will require more work than a small modern one. I can by the way come and visit the site as I am near London.
