Freelance Embroidery Digitizer needed to work for Canadian Company

We are based in Canada. We do approximately 600 designs a week. We need 1 digitizer to help us with some of our production. Here is what we need:

- Flat rate for small design, flat rate for jacket backs.
- EMB format with Wilcom
- Only 1 digitizer, always the same on our designs ( not a digitizing center, we want the digitizer working for his own pocket)
- Always center out, always for pique fabric
- Designs with details, intricate.
- We pay with Canadian money and once a week, we can pay.
- Service next day, always.

We need top quality, not quickly scanned with automatic punching...No vector conversion, i want real digitizing, hand made, built!!!
