Design details: We are a switchboard outsource provider to professional service firms (mainly law). We'd like to publish a white paper on Business Continuity, which includes aspects to consider when formulating an effective plan and a case study of an effective implementation. We have the text written up (attached) and data to support the facts. We need you to format and illustrate the paper into an A5 bookelt style and create a 1pg summary of the Case Study visualised in infographics to have it ready for publication.

Target audience: B2B (IT/Operational directors) Legal sector
