Full website & Admin panel based on https://m.fabswingers.com

Full adult 18+ (Adult) website designed and built based on https://m.fabswingers.com (functionality) and a little like fetlife (look)
It needs to have all the same functions as https://m.fabswingers.com but in a updated feel and view. 
You will need to visit https://m.fabswingers.com to see exactly what functions are required but some of the things I will need on the website are:

*Full website build with Admin control panel so I can moderate the site, members, memberships and member verifications.

* Fully mobile responsive.

*2 Membership levels, standard free membership and website supporter membership (fee for supporter membership)

* verification system where members can upload a verification photo and/or video which asmin will check and if it passes then that members profile will be changed to "Verified"

*Member profiles.

*Forum Facility.

*Video chat rooms

*Member profiles that can be set for either all members to view, friends only viewable or hidden so nobody can see, and also have the ability so that when members uploads videos or photos then they can set them as viewable to everyone,friends only or private.

*member poke facility,  so one member can send a "poke" to other members.

*Friend request facility.

* Member search facility, which needs to have the ability for members to search for other members in certain towns/ postal codes.

*option for admin to set a limit on how many photos/videos each member can upload. (Based on membership level).

*DM facility for members to send private messages to each other and it also has to have the facility to attach a photo/video (that the member has already uploaded) onto a message.

*Hotlist Facility

*Viewed Me facility for members to see who's viewed their profile.


*Option for single people and couples to join the site.

* Function for members to "Like" other members photos/videos.

*It will be exclusive to people from the UK only.

That's just some of the facilities required, and like I stated I want every function that https://m.fabswingers.com has, but I want a more updated and modern feel. ( a little like fetlife)

Please only bid if you understand and can completely do the job and tell me a realistic timescale to complete it in, the bid amount must be the maximum amount it will cost me for you to do the work,  so don't bid £150 if you are going to say it will cost me £500+ 10 minute's later.

If you can't/won't do the job for £150 then don't place a bid or comment on my budget, I'd rather not have a 'fake' bid from you, than have a random bid placed and comments saying how low my budget is.

I don't have lots of ££££ to spend and already had one developer start the job only to stop half way through with no warning, so please don't bid on the job if you can't complete it in full and don't send me bids asking for hundreds of pounds to complete the job because I don't have hundreds to spend.

Also I would prefer to see examples of work you have done before, and even better if you have done this kind of work before.
