I need a adult content (18+) website designed/built based on
https://m.fabswingers.com/
And It will need to have all the same functions as https://m.fabswingers.com/

Some of the functions of the website are:
*Allow couples and singles to join
*Allow members to create a profile
*Allow members to add photos and videos
*Allow members to categorize photos/videos they add (public/friends only/private).
*Allow members to send other members flirts (like the poke function on Facebook).
*Allow members to message other members (DM)
*Function for members to report other members (for spam, fake profile, harassment etc).
*Verification function, so members can verify that they are real (and not a fake profile), members have the option to do a photo Verification where they would be asked write something (website name and their username) on a piece of paper, and take a photo of themselves holding the piece of paper with their face showing which they can then send directly on the website to admin, and if admin are happy then admin can add a "photo verified" stamp of the verified member profile.
- Also a Verification function where verified members can verify other members if they have met them in person, which admin would have the option to accept or deny the Verification and if they accept it then that member will have "Meet Verified" on their profile.
*Function for members to upgrade profile to "site supporter" status, which would give members extra privileges like ability to add extra photos, send extra DM messages, view other members public videos etc. Will need this function to have the ability so members can upgrade via PayPal or via a text facility, (member will text a number, they will receive a code in return for a set amount £ charged to their phone, and they can then input that code into the website and this will give them "site supporter" status for x days (they will have the choice to do 15 or 30 days at set costs).

This will be a 18+ website so only adults will be able to join the website.

As stated I want the same functions available as https://m.fabswingers.com/ so some of the functions I require are:
*Mobile friendly platform
*Text upgrade facility (for members to upgrade their membership)
*member Verification process (to prove they are who theh say they are)
*Facility to add public photos for all website members to see, and also a facility for members to set some photos to private (so only the members friends can see them), and a facility to hide certain member photos, so the member can only send in a message if they want to.
*Send a flirt facility (members can send other members a flirt if they like them)
*webcam chat facility for members to chat on or off webcam.
*The ability for couples and single people to join the website, so if it's a couple joining I will want both people in the couple to be able to be visible on their profile(details like name, age, sex, height etc).

Obviously I want the same functions as https://m.fabswingers.com/ but I want it to be my own and not a complete copy of https://m.fabswingers.com/ so I would want the look and feel to be different but still have the same functions as https://m.fabswingers.com/

Do not offer to do the job if you are going to change the cost, and this is a full website, and I don't have £££s to spend to don't bid £££s for the job because I won't choose you. The amount you offer when you first send me a bid has to be the maximum you will do the work for, I will cancel the job if you change the cost later on.

if I recieve a bid that looks like is just a standard bid that you send to everyone (as in you haven't actually read the job) then I will simply just delete it and block you, you need to read the actual job before you bid on it, and only bid if you can fully complete and offer me what I ask, and also visit the website in question so you know exactly what I require.
