Conversion Tracking Help Needed!

We are having difficulties with setting up conversion tracking between 'latepoint' booking software and google ads using google tag manager.

We had something working previously which has now stopped working! We need an expert to step in to correct this please. The conversions need to be pulling through the value of the order also.
