I need someone to email our existing clients twice a week

I need:
- Someone to email existing customers twice a week, not sell to them but build relationships with them.

The person I will choose for this project will need:
- Perfect English
- Provable sales background in email marketing which have produced extremely good results week on week
- I will require 2 samples of emails you would send to my customers where you would not sell to them, but build relationships whilst gently asking t=if they would like a free 20 conversation around how we could save them money and time on other products and services we sell, such as:
Window cleaning, ordering their consumables from us (toilet rolls, hand paper towels and hand soaps etc)
