US Based Craigs List Account

I need someone to create a US-based Craigslist account. This means that you will need a US-based number. The account will be used to post advertisements for online English lessons. Nothing more than that. No phone calls or messages will be sent to the number.

Note: Every three months the number will need to be verified. At that point, you will be paid the same amount for this job.

I cannot do this where I live and VOIP does not work either. Here are some sample advertisements:
