FiveM Lua Executor

I would like to realize a FiveM Lua Executor with many functions. Based on commands, for example (/execute menu.lua). And an authentication system with registration (email, password username), login and an activate key button. I mean an authentication system with two phases, a registration / login phase and a product key activation phase. this key must be monthly or lifetime, once the monthly one is used up, you will no longer be able to access the program, if you do not have a key given by me the program must be unusable.
