Hello,

I'm looking for someone who can help me to resolve a problem in vtiger 5.4.0
When I set up the workflow (send mail confirmation on a record save), nothing happened.

Could you resolve this ?

    Hello Linda, Yes of course.

    For your information, I work with vtiger 5.4.0 on apache server (webhosting).
    I can send mail with vtiger, smtp is properly configured.
    2 solutions for me. Find someone to solve this or find someone who can write php code into vtiger to send the notification mail.
    When I add a item in invoice modules, the goal is just to send notification mail to the customer when I click "save".

    Thanks for your prompt response.
    - With item, do you mean each time a product item is added on the invoice?
    - Have you created the workflow and it is not sending any emails at all or it is not sending the email as and when you need it?
