ELE-152528 - Application of design to existing Drupal/Omega template

We are looking for a web designer, experienced in HTML and CSS to apply a theme to our existing Drupal 7, omega-3.x based template. You will be given access to the platform, as well as a git repository and the relevant designs to be applied. The site itself should be setup to the necessary pages/specifications, it simply needs the supplied design setting up and applying to the website.

CSS should be applied with a responsive styles in mind, experience with SASS CSS-preprocessor is beneficial
