I need a site like omegle & chat roulette

General information for the website: Connecting 2 types of strangers with music
Description of every page/module: Generic responses will be deleted. Please be familiar with CHAT ROULETTE AND OMEGLE!!

I can only afford a basic version of my full idea. As I gain more money, I will pay you over time to make it more complex.

***What I want is a niche version of chat roulette. 2 strangers will be able to connect. There will be 2 categories. They are only allowed to discuses these 2 topics.***

***There will also be 3 buttons. "play beat" "next" "previous." They will discuss the music beat. They need to each be able to hear the beat. The wordpress site will need to hold a library of beats.

***They will need to sign in through social networks***
