Download active Companies House data API to Power BI & Excel

I am looking for a Power BI developer & an Excel Guru , please no time wasters,
to create an Excel and Power BI Looping through Parameters for API calling function,
to download 3000 active company records per query, from Companies House, this needs to be something that can be repeated, based on different Company IDs.

Their are limits on each Companies House API call, i believe 600 records per call, every 5 minutes.

i already have an API Excel sheet & Power BI file that can API download 600 records per query

I want 3000 records ( ideally a loop function or something else , maybe utilizing 5 different live API-Keys, allowing 3000 records in 5 minutes) or something in VBA etc ,
i don't care, as long as it gets the job done, repeatedly.

I will need an Excel list of active companies IDs in a tab ( that i can change) to use as a Lookup to enable Excel and Power BI API Download.
