Quick update webview app for Android & iOS

Looking for a quick update to our webview app for iOS & Andriod.

Source code will be provided. + keystore
Requirements:
- Add download function permission, so that users can download a pdf file to their device.
- Update webview url to new url, also update "Home" button link to the new url.
- I would like to enhace the current icon & Splash screen, I will provide new app icon image, and logo for splash screen. Also we will use new app icon to replace "Home" button icon inside the app.
- Send me the new versions for quick test, or a video recording
- Push the new build to Apple and .aab file to Google play as an update, I will add you as a user in our accounts, don't submit for review I will submit for review myself after updating screenshots.
- Of course use latest SDK/API and update app version by adding 0.1 to current version.
- Start now and finish the job today or tomorrow maximum
