Auto Trading Bot for dex screener on solana

I am looking for expert that can develop Auto Trading Bot for dex screener on solana
- **Connection Establishment**:
- Connects to the Solana blockchain mainnet-beta network.
- **Data Fetching**:
- Fetches account balance, transaction history, and buy/sell orders from the Solana blockchain. Initially will use personal hardcoded Solana wallet
- **Trade Order Submission**:
- Monitors new projects listed on the Dexscreener DEX on Solana to trigger buy orders when criteria are met, such as token age and market cap reaching specified thresholds.
- Actual trade transactions may be executed on Uniswap V2 ( Unibot/Trojan both use this I believe)
- **Triggers**:
- Monitors token age and market cap on Dexscreener to trigger buy when the token is more than 10 seconds old and reaches a $3k market cap.
- Triggers sell when the token value is 3 times the value of the initial entry price.
